New project proposals
Provide the project title, country, sector, summary, funding need and requested services through a structured form.
Afric Business uses a structured project-management approach so project owners can understand current status, next actions, milestones and responsibilities.
The client portal supports proposal submission and progress tracking, while the internal administration dashboard manages status, phases, milestones, tasks, updates and project ownership.
The client creates an account and submits project scope, location, sector, funding need and required Afric Business services.
Afric Business reviews the opportunity and identifies missing information, project readiness and appropriate next actions.
Relevant technology, implementation, commercial and financing workstreams are organised around the project.
Project phase, progress, milestones, tasks and client-visible updates are tracked in the workspace.
Registered clients can access their own projects through Firebase Authentication. Firestore security rules restrict each client to authorised project data, while administrator-only notes remain private.

To keep the current platform on the no-cost Firebase setup, documents are emailed with the project reference rather than uploaded to Cloud Storage.
